Role and Responsibility

• Monitor Home Loan (HL) data to cross-sell insurance (HDFC Life and Non-Life), fixed deposits, and other products to HDFC Sales home loan customers.
• Source open market business and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain complete awareness of company products, understand competitor offerings, and handle customer objections.
• Ensure proper customer profiling on each call/visit to identify needs and recommend appropriate investment and insurance options.
• Build relationships with mapped Home Loan Executives (HLEs) and conduct joint calls to maximize product attachments for disbursed files.
• Develop customer relationships to cross-sell other products based on customer needs, managing the entire customer account.
• Source customer family details, general insurance details, and other loan details.
• Work in sync with partner representatives.
• Understand joint customer ownership during servicing.
• Ensure timely renewal of sourced business.
• Follow defined processes and undergo training and certification for product selling compliance (insurance, mutual funds, etc.).
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and an organized sales kit.
• Exhibit a "company first" attitude and show respect towards colleagues, seniors, and partners.

Requirements

• Two-wheeler and Driving License (DL) are mandatory.
• Sales kit should be organized and complete.
