Quality Assurance Intern

About the Role

Anaxee Digital Runners is building India's largest last-mile verification & data collection network of Digital Runners. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Intern to join our back-office operations team. The role involves monitoring and evaluating the quality of tasks completed by field executives, ensuring adherence to defined processes and quality standards, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and gain expertise in the assigned process, guidelines, and quality parameters.
• Review and evaluate field executive interactions and completed tasks against defined quality standards.
• Identify errors, deviations, and quality issues and communicate them effectively to the concerned team members.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve quality and process adherence.
• Compare actual performance with defined standards and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor the quality and accuracy of delivered tasks and reports.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and other operational reports as required.
• Analyze data to identify recurring errors, quality gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve quality-related issues.
• Contribute to process improvement and productivity optimization initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks, observations, and feedback.
• Ensure that field executives follow the required process while interacting with individuals and collecting information.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good Communication Skill.
• Basic Computer skills, MS Office & Internet knowledge.
• Previous experience as a BPO / Inbound / Outbound process will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Freshers invited.
