Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Software Developer Intern who is passionate about building real-world products, solving technical challenges, and exploring the intersection of software development and artificial intelligence. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of Hirelytics.ai, collaborate on product features, and gain hands-on experience building an AI-powered recruitment platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve user-facing features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain backend APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Work with databases and help manage application data efficiently.
• Integrate APIs and AI-powered capabilities into product workflows.
• Debug issues, test features, and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with the team on product development and new ideas.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of programming and software development fundamentals.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of REST APIs, databases, and Git/GitHub is a plus.
• A willingness to learn, experiment, and solve problems.
• Strong ownership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Bonus: Experience with Next.js, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, cloud deployment, or AI/LLM integrations.
