About the Role

• This is a full-time, on-site member role based in Sagitec’s Pune Division.
• The role supports project teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues.
• Assist in software configuration and testing.
• Document business processes and requirements.
• Help resolve operational or technical issues under guidance from senior team members.
• Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Follow established quality and compliance standards.
• Learn Sagitec’s platform and tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support timely and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and work with enterprise software platforms, including low-code/no-code tools, and support configuration or basic troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand business rules, interpret requirements, and assist in designing practical solutions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to document processes, prepare reports, and collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet timelines in a structured project environment.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work on-site in Pune Division, contributing positively to a diverse, cross-functional team.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Interest or experience in domains such as pension, labor and employment, or managed healthcare is an advantage.
• Comfort with standard productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documentation tools, collaboration platforms) and eagerness to learn new technologies.
