Clinical Trial Assistant, Entry Level

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Assistant to support the Clinical Operations team across ongoing clinical studies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in clinical research and gain hands-on experience within a biotech or pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration of clinical trials.
• Assist with maintenance of the TMF/eTMF and essential study documents.
• Help coordinate site communications, study trackers, and trial documentation.
• Support CRAs and Clinical Operations team members with monitoring visit preparation and follow-up.
• Assist with investigational product, laboratory kit, and study supply logistics.
• Support site initiation activities, training coordination, and vendor communication.
• Track study documents, action items, and key trial milestones.
• Help ensure study activities are completed in accordance with GCP, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Clinical Operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in clinical research and drug development.
• Previous internship, academic research, hospital, site, CRO, or clinical research experience is preferred but not required.
• Exposure to TMF/eTMF, GCP, clinical trial documentation, or site coordination is a plus.
