About the Role
Proofpoint’s People Centric Managed Services (PCMS) is looking for an Associate Triage Analyst to support alert triage and operational checks for supported systems. The Associate Triage Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the monitoring of events for Proofpoint's PCMS customers and escalating all necessary events to the customers via approved escalation paths. TA’s will assist with reporting in support of internal teams and our customers. Ensure all tasks performed adhere to the company’s ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the monitoring of events for Proofpoint's PCMS customers.
- Escalating all necessary events to clients via approved escalation paths.
- Assisting customers and internal teams with metrics and reporting from the security platforms.
- Assisting with the improvement of monitoring and alerting for Proofpoint PCMS clients.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience analyzing data from within a large data set.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience working on a team.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, as well as the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
