About the Role
Speak Sharp is building a network of niche digital media properties to drive organic growth and bring audiences to their communication skills platform. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of multiple social media properties and experiment with creative and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Growth & Ownership: Manage multiple social media properties, develop growth strategies, and experiment to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
- Creative Strategy & Experimentation: Discover trending content, develop creative hooks, narratives, text overlays, and visual templates, and experiment with different content formats.
- Consumer Psychology & Content Intelligence: Understand audience behavior, identify engaging and shareable content, and develop an eye for high-engagement potential content.
- Growth Analytics: Track content performance, analyze what works, identify patterns, and continuously improve social media property growth.
- AI Tools & Automation: Explore AI tools and build automated workflows for content discovery, ideation, production, and distribution.
- Broader Marketing & Product Exposure: Contribute to other growth initiatives such as Reddit marketing, community growth, developing new Speak Sharp challenges, and product-led marketing experiments.
Requirements & Tech Stack

- Interested in understanding how social media audiences grow
- Familiarity with AI tools and marketing automation is a plus.
Qualifications
- This is not a conventional social media posting role.
