Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries, debit/credit notes.
- Manage vendor and customer accounts.
- Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash.
- Prepare GST and TDS/TCS entries.
- Ensure statutory compliance.
- Assist in monthly closing, trial balance, audits, and financial statements.
- Generate GST-compliant invoices in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Coordinate dispatch activities, stock movement, e-way bills, and dispatch documentation.
