About the Role

PALNAR is seeking to hire US IT Recruiters (Freshers) to join our fast-growing organization specializing in US Staffing and Talent Acquisition. This is a full-time, 100% onsite role working in the US EST (Night) Shift.

Work Mode

• 100% Work From Office
• 5 Days Working (Monday to Friday)

Shift

• US EST Shift (Night Shift: 6 PM IST to 3 AM IST)

Location

• Unit 904 & 905, 9th Floor, Tower – 4, Assotech Business Crestera, Phase 2, Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions for various IT positions.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements, technical skills, experience, and availability.
• Contact candidates through phone calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
• Explain job opportunities, responsibilities, and client requirements to potential candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess interest, communication, and basic role suitability.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Learn US staffing concepts, including W2, C2C, 1099, contract, and full-time hiring.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely submissions and a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain professional relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0–1 year of experience
• B.tech/B.E/BCA graduate with a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and internet research.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with candidates.
• Ability to understand instructions, learn new concepts, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable working in the US EST night shift.
• Willing to work 100% from the office at Noida, Sector 135.
• Comfortable making recruitment calls and following up with candidates.
• Willing to work toward performance-based targets and deadlines.
