Junior Executive, Program Management

About the Role

This role will support Flex's Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment, which will spin off into a new independent company (SpinCo) by Q1 2027. SpinCo will focus on digital infrastructure, delivering power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. The Junior Executive – Program Management will provide vertical support to Program Managers, acting as a virtual customer focus team member to assist with program management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on program management reports within the offshore Center (Global Business Services - GBS) & Site Customer Focus Team.
• Oversee/coordinate program activities with all inter-departments, ensuring completion of commitments relative to agreed deliverables.
• Handle data of a highly confidential and critical nature.
• Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results within the GBS / SITE Customer Focus Team.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Demonstrate customer management skills.
• Lead and drive activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Manage documentation at various stages of a program.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent understanding on Program Management concepts, New Product Introduction / New Product Development / different phases of Product life cycle.
• Basic understanding / know-how on financial terms / INCO Terms and their impact on the Profit & Loss on the business.
• Excellent understanding on the customer focus team role in managing the customer.
• Hands-on experience on using ERP tools like Baan / SAP for PM roles.
• Excellent knowledge on using tools like MS Excel, Power Point.
• Knowledge of MS-Project will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding on office automation or automation through Excel will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from Engineering / Management or equivalent.
• Typically requires a minimum of 0-3 years of related experience in PM Domain.
• Preferably 1-3 years’ experience from Manufacturing Industry in Program Management Domain.
