About the Role

Asana Partners is a retail real estate investment manager focused on creating value in vibrant neighborhoods through vertically integrated capabilities and retail expertise. The Private Equity Analyst Program is a three-year rotational program designed to develop best-in-class private equity real estate skills. Each year offers increasing responsibility and exposure to the industry, with a focus on developing interpersonal and leadership skills. Upon completion, Analysts will be promoted to Associate and placed in a specialized value-add functional area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytics, research, and execution support for strategic areas including:
• Investment underwriting
• Modeling
• Acquisition diligence
• Business analytics
• Fundraising
• Capital markets
• Investor relations
• Investment analytics
• Leasing analytics
• Valuations
• Portfolio-level budgeting and reforecasting
• Develop and maintain sophisticated projection models highlighting critical investment performance metrics.
• Plan and produce investor reporting and investor meeting deliverables.
• Support equity and debt financing transactions, including equity capital raising and secured debt placements.
• Build or streamline internal processes to drive operating efficiency across departments.
