About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing case files.
- Draft basic legal documents and notes.
- Organize legal records under the supervision of court officers or legal professionals.
- Observe court proceedings.
- Take detailed notes during hearings.
- Conduct legal research on relevant statutes and case law.
- Prepare summaries or briefs as directed.
- Support communication between court staff and parties.
- Help with scheduling or coordination tasks.
- Ensure documents are properly filed and maintained.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law with an interest in trial court practice and legal procedures.
- Ability to assist with Legal Document Preparation, including drafting notes, summaries, and basic filings.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with court staff, legal professionals, and visitors in a clear, respectful manner.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Capacity to work on-site in Faridabad, manage time effectively, and follow instructions from supervising authorities.
- Basic knowledge of the Indian legal system, court hierarchy, and procedural laws is an advantage.
