Contractor Safety Management (CSM) Specialist
About the Role
*Full-time deployment at our Contractor Incubation Centre.
*Engagement Duration: 24 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-job meetings and assess associated risks.
- Develop protocols to identify safety skill development needs based on the nature of work.
- Provide contractors with the information required for safe delivery of contracted services.
- Assess and evaluate field performance of contract workers and generate contractor safety performance data.
- Coach and mentor the contractor workforce and supervisors in the field.
- Prepare and issue monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate Contractor Safety Committee meetings and ensure the committee functions effectively.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in risk assessment.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Proficiency in MIS reporting.
Qualifications
- Background in contractor safety management, industrial safety, or EHS.
- Strong field presence with the ability to coach and influence supervisors and workers.
- Willingness to travel and work from Goa as required.
