Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
• Assist customers with orders.
• Troubleshoot issues.

• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings.
• Adhere to service standards and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfort working on-site in Houston, TX.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems, email, and common office software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional education or training in customer service or related fields is a plus.
