About the Role
Guardian Glass is seeking Engineering Interns to join their teams for the Summer 2027 program. This is a 12-week program running from late May to mid-August 2027, located in the U.S., likely in a manufacturing facility. The focus will be on supporting innovation, process efficiency, equipment reliability, and quality assurance, with an emphasis on compliance, safety, and health.
Key Responsibilities
- Working in CAD software
- Preparing and performing failure testing on glass/trim samples
- Automation of processes and standardized reporting
- Time studies and lean process improvement
- Supporting product development lab experiments and field trials
- Working with and learning about tooling
- Supporting project teams on new equipment installations

Qualifications
