About the Role
The AXA Winterthur team in AXA GBS supports AXA Switzerland distribution Team for indexing, new business, and midterm changes for Motor, Legal, Travel, and Household Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Indexing of documents.
- Quotation for new business and midterm changes for Motor, Legal, Travel, and Household Insurance.
- Processing and meeting daily targets for Productivity, Quality, and TAT Utilization.
- Query Resolution.
- Processing work and meeting daily targets while maintaining high quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently contribute towards achieving process KPIs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of French language (minimum C1/C2).
- Excellent spoken and written French skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Grad with C1/C2 in French or equivalent degree in French from a recognized university.
- Knowledge of Insurance would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of insurance business would be an added advantage.
