About the Role

As a Production Employee Cork Preparation (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the preparation, processing, and provision of cork materials along the production chain. This is a full-time position, exclusively on-site, located in the Pune Division region.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and monitoring production lines.
• Operating and performing basic maintenance on machines.
• Sorting and inspecting cork parts according to quality specifications.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Documenting work processes.
• Supporting process optimizations.

Qualifications

• Experience in production support and on production lines, along with confident handling of basic manufacturing steps.
• Practical experience in machine operation, ideally in food or cork processing, as well as willingness to learn new systems.
• Knowledge in quality control, careful working methods, and understanding of technical and hygiene standards.
• High adaptability, willingness to learn, and team orientation to quickly integrate into new processes and shift systems.
• Advantageous: Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field.
• Advantageous: Basic knowledge of occupational safety.
• Advantageous: Basic computer skills for documentation tasks.
