Audience Growth Intern

About the Role

The Audience Growth Intern is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the expansion and engagement of PPStack’s learner and client communities across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing audience data to identify growth opportunities.
• Assisting in the implementation of growth hacking and marketing experiments.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support campaigns.
• Tracking performance metrics.
• Contributing to content and outreach strategies that drive awareness, sign-ups, and retention.
• Supporting sales initiatives by researching target segments.
• Preparing outreach materials.
• Assisting in lead nurturing activities.
• Basic project coordination.
• Maintaining organized documentation.
• Communicating insights and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track key metrics, and identify audience growth opportunities.
• Effective communication skills for clear written and verbal interaction.
• Interest or experience in growth hacking and digital experimentation.
• Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client relationship support.
• Foundational project management skills.
• Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, or community-building platforms is beneficial.
• Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced EdTech environment with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data, or a related field is preferred.
