Management Trainee

About the Role

Management Trainee role to support business growth by identifying and qualifying new project opportunities in focus segments such as Refurbishment, Waterproofing, and Roofing. This role will provide valuable on-ground exposure to project sales, specifications, and customer engagement, while building a strong talent pipeline to support future business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new project opportunities in focus segments.
• Assist the sales team in market mapping.
• Assist the sales team in lead generation.
• Assist the sales team in customer outreach.
• Assist the sales team in pipeline development, with a particular focus on the Developer segment and small to medium-sized industrial projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Focus segments: Refurbishment, Waterproofing, Roofing.
• Target segments: Developer segment, small to medium-sized industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Preferably BE Civil Engineering from a reputed institute.
