About the Role
We are hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in Autism Support, Emotional Support, and Multiple Disabilities programs in Chester County, PA. This is an opportunity for professionals interested in education, behavioral health, special education, ABA, caregiving, or student support services.
- Locations: Multiple throughout Chester County
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Availability: Immediate openings through the end of the school year, with potential for future renewals.
- Compensation:
- PCA: $18-$20/hr
- RBT: $20-$22/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one or classroom support to students
- Assist with behavior management and student engagement
- Support classroom participation and daily activities
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff
- Maintain documentation and student progress records
- Provide personal care support when required
- Help create a safe, supportive learning environment
Requirements & Tech Stack
Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Active RBT Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- Experience working with children, caregiving, education, behavioral health, special education, or disability support is preferred for PCAs.
- Experience supporting individuals with autism, behavioral needs, or developmental disabilities is preferred for RBTs.
- Candidates must be willing to obtain and complete all required school clearances and onboarding requirements.
