About the Role
Start your career with Enterprise Mobility in our respected Management Training Program. Key Responsibilities
- Learn the business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch.
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
- Engage with the community to establish relationships essential to building business.
- Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- A valid driver's license.
- No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record within the last 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on your driving record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI/DWI).
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring future work authorization sponsorship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
