Marketing Intern

About the Role

The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This position offers hands-on exposure to the AI and startup ecosystem, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with market research.
• Gather and organize customer and competitor insights.
• Help develop basic marketing strategies and campaign ideas.
• Collaborate to create and refine marketing materials.
• Support outreach and sales enablement activities.
• Help track performance metrics for ongoing campaigns.
• Interact with potential users or clients, providing clear communication and responsive customer service.
• Contribute to a consistent brand presence across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and contribute to Marketing Strategy development using data-driven insights.
• Basic understanding of Sales processes and comfort supporting outreach and lead-generation activities.
• Interest in technology, AI, or startups, with a willingness to learn quickly and take initiative.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Familiarity with social media or digital marketing platforms is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Navi Mumbai.
