About the Role
Ensure resource allocation of Ironman, Thor, CPG, and Hammer lines as per skill matrix, daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement QMS, EMS, and OHSAS standards.
- Utilize knowledge of Lean Manufacturing System and Inventory Management System.
- Apply improvement techniques such as Kaizen, 5S, and Error Proofing.
- Engage in Production Scheduling, Manpower Planning, and Manpower Allocation.
- Employ tools to increase Productivity.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing System.
- Knowledge of Inventory Management System.
- Understanding of improvement methods: Kaizen, 5S, Error Proofing.
- Familiarity with Production Scheduling.
- Experience with Manpower Planning / Manpower Allocation.
- Ability to use tools to increase Productivity.
