About the Role

• Conduct surveys to collect compensation data from Corporate & Business Firms.
• Aid in benchmarking the external competitive market or prevailing rate for jobs/skill sets comparable to those within the organization.
• Support organizations in evaluating their standing relative to other organizations.
• Analyze data, including rigorous auditing of salary data, querying clients for doubts/clarification, and removal of salary outliers, considering market benchmarks.
• Generate reports.

• Shift Time: 12PM to 9PM or 8AM to 5PM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate as part of a team under the supervision of Sr. Analysts/Ops Manager.
• Execute projects in line with SLA requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure a high level of internal & external client satisfaction.
• Understand and apply processes directly linked to your work.
• Support process and technology enhancements/initiatives.
• Collaborate with peers at Aon to understand methodologies and data findings.
• Enhance technical skills and personal effectiveness through training, education, and coaching.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate (Except technical graduates)
• Experience: 0-1 year of relevant experience
