About the Role
- This is an Internship role at Go To Market Labs (GTM Labs).
- Location: Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external/client hiring requirements end-to-end.
- Create and publish job descriptions across relevant hiring platforms and communities.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct initial screening/interviews and schedule further rounds with the relevant team.
- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate joining formalities, training, role alignment, and integration with respective teams.
- Maintain candidate databases, hiring trackers, and recruitment pipelines.
- Manage day-to-day internal team operations, coordination, and communication.
- Track tasks, responsibilities, deadlines, and team deliverables.
- Support team meetings, reporting, process implementation, and overall operational management.
- Identify operational gaps and help improve internal workflows and processes.
