Human Resources Intern
ILP Overseas | International Learning Planners
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate engagement, onboarding, and HR operations in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various recruitment platforms.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
- Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate the onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
- Build professional relationships with potential candidates.
- Assist in achieving recruitment targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- LinkedIn profile preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Internship Details
- Mode: Remote
- Duration: 8 / 18 / 26 Weeks
- Commitment: Minimum 2 Hours per Day | 6 Days a Week
