About the Role
Handle patient calls, emails, chats, and appointment scheduling (OPD, diagnostics, surgeries).
Provide accurate information on services, doctors, billing, and insurance.
Manage WhatsApp/chatbot queries as per SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with departments for smooth patient flow and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/HIS and ensure data confidentiality.
- Follow quality standards and hospital protocols.
