About the Role
The Founder's Office Intern will work closely with the leadership team and gain practical exposure to strategic planning, research, execution, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the founder's office with research, business analysis, and preparation of concise briefs.
- Track strategic initiatives, follow up on action items, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with recruitment-industry research, competitor analysis, market mapping, and opportunity identification.
- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and other materials required for decision-making.
- Help improve operating processes and take ownership of well-defined projects from planning through completion.
- Communicate updates clearly and flag risks, dependencies, and delays in a timely manner.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience eager to learn in a fast-paced founder's office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication, structured thinking, and attention to detail.
- Comfort with research, spreadsheets, presentations, and handling multiple priorities.
- High ownership, curiosity, discretion, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively.
- Prior exposure to startups, recruitment, business operations, consulting, or project coordination is helpful but not essential.
- This is a full-time, in-office internship based in Bangalore for a duration of 3 months.
- The selected intern will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000.
