Position: Customer Service Advisor – Voice Process
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Remote (WFO when required)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (including nights and weekends)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls.
