Aviation Social Media Marketing Intern

About the Role

LifeStyle Aviation is looking for a creative, social-savvy intern to help run our social media channels and tell the story of modern general aviation. You’ll work with our marketing team and Sales Counselors to plan, create and publish content about our aircraft, our clients and the people who fly them.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and maintaining a content calendar across our social channels
• Creating original content, including photos, short-form video and graphics, using Adobe Creative Cloud
• Writing captions and post copy that fit our brand voice
• Publishing content and engaging with comments and messages from our community
• Tracking performance and reporting on what’s working
• Keeping up with trends in social media and general aviation
• Supporting email campaigns, online advertising and website content as needed

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience managing social media for a business, organization, club or personal brand
• Social Media Marketing, content creation skills, including photography, short-form video and graphic design
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator or similar)
• Strong writing skills and a good eye for design
• Organized and reliable, able to work independently and as part of a small team
• A real interest in aviation and a career in marketing

Preferred Qualifications

• Some prior exposure to aviation (flight training, airport, FBO, aviation club, etc.)
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
• A portfolio or accounts you’ve grown that you can share with us
