Web Designing Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Create responsive web layouts.
• Optimize user experience (UX).
• Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines across pages and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clear, accessible web designs.
• Assist with landing pages, microsites, and digital assets for marketing and client communications.
• Perform basic content placement.
• Execute performance optimization.
• Adhere to security, accessibility, and usability standards.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactively suggest design improvements aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design software.
• HTML, CSS, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).

Qualifications

• Strong skills in web layout and visual design.
• Proficiency in front-end implementation basics.
• Experience creating user-centered designs.
• Understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and accessibility best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, IT, and operations teams to align web design with branding, content, and business objectives.
• Attention to detail in typography, color usage, imagery, and overall design consistency across desktop and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, including the ability to present design concepts and incorporate constructive feedback.
• Time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a remote work environment is noted.
