- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software).
- Familiarity with telephone systems.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
Qualifications
- Qualification: Under Graduates.
- Must be from a Retail background or any similar field.
- Must be ready to go to Delhi for 40 days of official training (Full salary will be provided during training).
- Proven experience as a sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
