About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and position expectations.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with candidates and respective hiring teams.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and recruitment progress.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer discussions, and offer rollouts in line with organizational policies.
• Monitor candidate progress and ensure consistent engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS reports.
• Coordinate pre-joining formalities and maintain engagement with selected candidates to ensure successful onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Strong candidate assessment and stakeholder management.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and time management skills.
• Must be fluent in Tamil language, with good communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Female candidates preferred.
