Influencer Operation Intern

About the Role

AdLantic Media LLC is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, outspoken, and smart Influencer Operations Intern to explore the world of influencer marketing and gain real-world exposure to brand collaborations. This is an opportunity to learn influencer marketing from scratch and understand the backend of campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Connecting and building relationships with influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Communicating with influencers regarding brand collaborations and campaign opportunities.
• Negotiating influencer rates, pricing, deliverables, and commercial terms.
• Coordinating end-to-end influencer campaign execution.
• Managing influencer follow-ups and ensuring timely content delivery.
• Handling influencer queries, unexpected challenges, and escalations.
• Identifying suitable influencers for different brand campaigns.
• Maintaining influencer databases, campaign trackers, and reports.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Understanding campaign budgets, pricing strategies, and the complete backend of influencer marketing.

• Comfortable speaking with new people and building connections.
• Good at convincing, negotiating, and problem-solving.
• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
• Capable of handling challenging conversations and escalations.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable with regular calling, follow-ups, and target-oriented work.

No prior influencer marketing experience is required.

Internship Details

• Location: Sector 67, Gurugram (Work from Office)
• Duration: 6 Months
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday WFH)
• PPO: Opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer based on performance.
