About the Role

As a Reparaturhelfer (Repair Assistant), you will support the repair, maintenance, and functional testing of medical devices and components.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing simple mechanical and electrical repair work following instructions.
• Meticulously documenting performed tasks.
• Preparing and sorting spare parts and tools.
• Working closely with technicians and engineers.
• Adhering to safety and quality specifications.
• Contributing to the orderliness and cleanliness of the workplace.

Qualifications

• Basic technical understanding.
• Ideally, initial experience working with mechanical or electrical devices.
• Manual dexterity and proficiency in using simple tools.
• Reliable work ethic and high attention to detail, especially regarding safety guidelines and quality standards in the medical field.
• Willingness to work in a team and basic communication skills to clarify work orders and report results transparently.
• Good organizational skills to manage repair orders, materials, and spare parts in a structured manner.
• Experience in medical technology is advantageous.
• A technical or craft-based vocational qualification is advantageous.
• Basic English language skills for technical documentation are advantageous.
