About the Role

Shree Maa Pitambara Shipping Pvt Ltd is a shipping and logistics company operating within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, focused on facilitating smooth import and export operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for an Import Export Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day import and export operations.
• Handle documentation.
• Monitor shipments.
• Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to track cargo.
• Resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with customers on shipment status.
• Manage queries.
• Support efforts to improve process efficiency and service quality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Basic data entry for shipment documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage Import Logistics processes, including documentation and coordination with relevant authorities.
• Experience handling Export operations, shipment tracking, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
• Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining professional relationships.
• Knowledge of customs procedures, incoterms, and basic trade regulations.
• Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or international trade is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
