About the Role
The MIS Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing and maintaining Management Information Systems related to telecom infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track key performance indicators for tower construction, maintenance, and power systems.
- Update databases.
- Monitor data accuracy.
- Support internal audits.
- Ensure timely sharing of information with management and field teams.
- Coordinate with operations staff for data inputs.
- Handle basic customer or stakeholder queries related to reports.
- Contribute to process improvements in information management.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools, including functions, charts, and report formatting.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams and respond to information requests clearly and professionally.
- Solid Information Management and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills to maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple reporting deadlines and priorities.
- At least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Commerce, IT, Statistics, or Business Administration.
- Familiarity with telecom or infrastructure operations (added advantage).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to process changes.
Salary - Upto 18K CTC per month.
Location - Delhi, India.
