Job Title: Service Technician
About the Role
Flow Logic Solutions is seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. This role supports the installation, maintenance, and servicing of our water management and infrastructure solutions, which include pumping systems, water management equipment, and related infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, and maintain pumps and water management systems.
- Attend customer service calls and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Diagnose equipment faults and perform necessary repairs.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and support commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with customers and the internal technical team to ensure timely service.
- Prepare service reports and maintain records of maintenance activities.
- Travel to customer sites as required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of pumps, motors, and water management systems.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with a team.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant technical field.
