About the Role
Woooys is an Indian toy brand dedicated to creating fun, safe, and high-quality toys that encourage play, creativity, and learning for children. As a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern in Chennai, you will support daily sales activities and contribute to marketing initiatives for a growing brand in the toy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily sales activities by engaging with customers.
- Assist in product demonstrations.
- Help manage inquiries in retail or partner settings.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns.
- Support promotional events.
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials.
- Maintain customer records.
- Gather customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Learn sales processes, marketing strategies, and brand positioning.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles.
- Interest in the toy or consumer products industry.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Foundational Sales and Sales Management skills.
- Training-related skills for quick learning and adaptation.
- Proactive attitude, reliability, and willingness to collaborate.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (completed or in progress) is beneficial.
