About the Role
The Inventory Specialist contributes to the success of PepsiCo Beverages by ensuring correct movement and transaction of full good products through sales, counting, and delivery systems. This role is responsible for alleviating financial risk, while providing excellent inventory support to various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing inventory support to the business
- Inventory variance review and investigation to resolve and mitigate financial loss
- Preparation of various internal reports, including but not limited to, warehouse space reports, out of stock reports, production certification corrections, and breakage reports
- Complete required global compliance weekly PQI counts
- Innovation code maintenance
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Computer and Office 365 proficiency, specifically Excel and Outlook
- Experience using Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) systems preferred
- Prior experience working in a unionized environment considered an asset
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Previous experience in inventory management and/or logistics is required
