About the Role
Next Target Inc. is seeking energetic, motivated individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Marketing Associates. This role is ideal for those excited to build professional experience, work directly with people, and grow within a supportive, fast-moving environment. You will represent our clients in face-to-face settings, strengthen brand presence, and contribute to sales and outreach initiatives. This is a fully onsite position. We are currently seeking local candidates who are available to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Build positive connections through clear, confident communication with customers and client partners
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative planning
- Learn and understand client products/services to represent them accurately and enthusiastically
- Support sales activities, new customer acquisitions, and lead-generation efforts
- Assist with brand promotions, product awareness, and marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with people in person
- Solid interpersonal abilities and an interest in leadership or team-oriented roles
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A proactive mindset and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, people-focused setting
