Job Title: Finance & Accounts Executive
About the Role
Aerocraft Engineering is a US-based Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) group specializing in Building Products Procurement (AORBIS), A/E/C Services (Russell and Dawson), and BIM Modeling Services (United-BIM). We are hiring for our Ahmedabad office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling day-to-day accounting entries and reconciliations
- Preparing financial statements and MIS reports
- Managing vendor invoices, payments, and TDS
- Supporting monthly and annual closing activities
- Coordinating with internal teams for financial data
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
- Understanding of accounting principles and taxation
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Shift Timing
- 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM
- Shift timings will be assigned based on business requirements.
- Work from office only.
