Community Outreach & Fundraising Representative

About the Role

We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Community Outreach & Fundraising Representatives. This role supports community outreach initiatives, fundraising campaigns, and public engagement activities. You will learn to communicate campaign goals, engage with community members, and help raise awareness of organizations and causes. This position is suitable for recent graduates, career changers, and applicants seeking an entry-level opportunity in community outreach, nonprofit fundraising, public relations, or marketing. Previous fundraising experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support community outreach programs, fundraising events, and public awareness campaigns.
• Engage with community members and explain campaign objectives, participating organizations, and fundraising initiatives.
• Share accurate information about supported causes and available ways to contribute.
• Assist with event preparation, promotional materials, and outreach logistics.
• Help coordinate campaign activities with team members and event organizers.
• Maintain organized campaign records and follow established procedures for documenting contributions or inquiries, where applicable.
• Collect community feedback and share relevant insights with the team.
• Participate in training sessions to develop communication, outreach, and fundraising skills.
• Represent the organization and its campaigns professionally and respectfully.

Previous experience in fundraising, customer service, sales, hospitality, volunteering, or community outreach is welcome but not required.
