Maximo Developer, Senior Associate

About the Role

As a Maximo Developer - Senior Associate, you will develop and support solutions within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on Business Application Consulting and Maximo Consulting. This work helps clients modernize field service and operations processes. You will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and apply a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the analysis and implementation of Maximo software solutions to enhance client operational efficiency.
• Supporting client training and integration processes for seamless utilization of Maximo applications.
• Collaborating with teams to develop and maintain Maximo application integrations and middleware architecture.
• Engaging in project management tasks to facilitate the successful deployment of Maximo solutions.
• Utilizing IBM Maximo Asset Management to optimize asset management and operational workflows.
• Participating in the development of Maximo functional and technical architecture to meet client needs.
• Applying emerging technologies and solution architecture to improve client service delivery.
• Contributing to the modernization of field service and operations through innovative Maximo consulting practices.
• Leveraging intellectual curiosity to explore new methodologies and tools for Maximo development.
• Providing client support by actively listening and responding to feedback to enhance service quality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Working knowledge of IBM Maximo 7.6.x or IBM MAS Manage (8.x / 9.x).
• Integration Framework: understanding of Object Structures, Publish Channels, Enterprise Services, Cron Tasks, and Escalations.

Qualifications

• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrating proficiency in IBM Maximo Asset Management.
• Engaging in Maximo software development and integration.
• Utilizing skills in middleware architecture and solution architecture.
• Applying knowledge of energy, utilities, and mining industries.
• Participating in field service mobility and grid modernization projects.
• Excelling in teamwork and active listening skills.
