About the Role

The Learning & Development Specialist at Expo Shows & Open Houses MX by Mundo de la Inyección MX will design, deliver, and refine training programs for internal teams and event collaborators in a part-time, remote capacity. This role involves assessing learning needs, creating instructional materials, and managing virtual training sessions focused on event operations, customer experience, and product knowledge. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizing training schedules
• Maintaining learning documentation
• Collecting feedback
• Using data to improve training effectiveness
• Ongoing support and coaching for participants to reinforce skills and encourage continuous learning

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Remote and virtual training tools and platforms (e.g., video conferencing, online course tools)
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training initiatives in a part-time schedule.
• Prior experience in events, trade shows, manufacturing, or technical environments is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Training & Development to design and facilitate effective learning experiences.
• Proficiency in Learning Management, including organizing courses, tracking participation, and evaluating outcomes.
• Experience with Instructional Design to create clear, engaging, and accessible training materials for adult learners.
• Strong Communication abilities to present information clearly, collaborate with stakeholders, and engage diverse audiences.
• Coaching skills to support individual learners, provide constructive feedback, and encourage skill application on the job.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
