About the Role
The Associate System Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting and improving PInterview’s online platform and internal systems. The role involves gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements, documenting system processes, and assisting in designing solutions to enhance platform performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor system functionality.
- Identify technical issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with technical teams to implement fixes and improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into system enhancements.
- Assist with testing and validation.
- Maintain clear documentation and reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Systems Analysis and Business Analysis
- Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Information Technology concepts (web-based platforms, databases, basic networking or cloud environments)
- Troubleshooting technical and functional issues
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with testing methodologies
- Familiarity with system documentation
- Familiarity with basic project or task management tools
- Interest in management consulting, education technology, or career coaching is beneficial.
- Prior experience in SaaS or online platforms is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
