About the Role
TouchPoint Support Services is hiring immediately for full-time HOUSEKEEPER positions.
- Address: UAB St Vincent St Clair - 7063 Veterans Parkway, Pell City, AL 35125
- Schedule: Full time, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, 1st and 2nd shifts. Days may vary.
- Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments in a clean and orderly manner.
- Provides quality customer service with one-on-one attention to detail.
- Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors.
- Vacuums carpets, rugs, and draperies.
- Shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
- Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
- Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
- Empties and cleans trash containers and disposes of trash in a sanitary manner.
- Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
- Wipes down glass surfaces.
- Makes up beds and changes linens.
- Realigns furniture and amenities according to the prescribed layout.
- Responds to guest queries, requests, and calls for housekeeping problems (e.g., spills, broken glasses).
- Contributes to team efforts and exhibits professionalism with customers and associates.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- No previous experience required.
- Willing to train.
