About the Role
Flex is seeking an Analyst – Procurement to join its Global Business Services (GBS) Procurement team in India. This role involves processing purchase orders efficiently and accurately in a dynamic environment, requiring excellent stakeholder service skills and teamwork to meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage C-class item procurement activities.
- Handle the End-to-End Purchasing Cycle, including PR to PO, PO issuance to suppliers, PO confirmation, delivery follow-up, and supplier payment coordination.
- Coordinate with vendors for material delivery status.
- Ensure timely completion of Open Purchase Order Reports and Shortage Reports for review.
- Process pull-ins, push-outs, and cancellations based on MRP reports to achieve KPI targets.
- Maintain inventory at optimal levels according to site requirements.
- Coordinate with Internal Business Partners (requestors) and suppliers for Purchase Order changes.
- Manage the Supplier database.
- Handle shortage/excess escalation management.
- Coordinate and follow through on urgent receipts, past dues management, and resolving receiving challenges.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or B.Com/B.B.A/B.Sc.
- Experience: 0 to 2 Years in Procurement / Supply Chain (Not mandatory).
