About the Role
The Technical Engineer AI role supports the delivery of enterprise AI initiatives through platform engineering and application development. The role focuses on maintaining reliable cloud environments, supporting AI projects, and enhancing enterprise AI applications that enable Agentic AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams on infrastructure and application requirements for AI projects.
- Assist in provisioning, configuring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and development environments for enterprise AI solutions.
- Support enterprise server environments through routine maintenance, security patching, and environment management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, networking, access management, and application-related issues.
- Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Monitor the operational health of the enterprise Agentic AI platform and support improvements in observability and platform reliability.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of enterprise AI web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Build and enhance REST APIs and integrate applications with AI services and enterprise systems.
- Participate in testing, deployments, production support, and technical documentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and backend application development.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure. Exposure to AWS or Google Cloud Platform is also acceptable.
- Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and access management concepts.
- Exposure to CI/CD concepts and deployment workflows.
- Exposure to Linux or Windows server environments.
- Basic knowledge of Python is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Professional experience ranges from 0–1 years for entry-level profiles through 6+ years for advanced and leadership-oriented levels.
