Key Responsibilities
- Manage Oracle HCM Modules, with a focus on leveraging AI and automated provisioning of access for efficient resource management.
- Analyze and understand business needs to convert them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and system integration partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead and manage projects related to Oracle HCM implementations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
- Drive enhancements in HCM processes by integrating innovative technology solutions, optimizing user experience, and improving overall system performance.
